Tyler Foster

Owner / Principal Tyler began his career in insurance after graduating from Missouri State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. Working in many different sectors of the risk management industry, including large supplemental health and later leading one of the largest life insurance companies as Sales Director, Tyler gained industry leading knowledge before opening his own agency in 2006. Over the course of the next decade, Foster Insurance Group worked alongside thousands of partners matching risk management solutions with Tyler’s wealth of knowledge (such as the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designation) to protect and steward ministries, Non-profits, businesses and individuals all across the Midwest. Partnering with Jon and Dean to form the GLS Insurance Group in 2017, Tyler continues to serve alongside his partners and leads the team at GLS with a servant's heart as they navigate the world of risk-management. Tyler and his wife Dawn enjoy serving at their local church and in the community, spending time with family and friends and keeping up with their two children.

Jon McKinney

Owner / Principal A graduate of Missouri State University in 2004, Jon opened McKinney Insurance Agency, LLC and began his career in risk management the same year. With a heart for local churches, non-profits and giving back to the community, Jon chose to focus on the Church, NPO and Education sectors of insurance to help leaders of these organizations manage the complicated landscape of risk management. An agency owner at GLS, Jon brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience, proven leadership and industry-leading knowledge to all of his partners and has helped thousands advance their mission and ministry. When he is not providing industry leading risk management to his partners, Jon can be found serving at his Church, volunteering with a local non-profit or spending time with his wife, Mackenzie, and their four children. A man of great passion and integrity, Jon relishes the opportunity to lead our team at GLS and work alongside all of our partners!

Fred Hardy

Principal Fred Hardy has spent his life devoted to building personal relationships and providing industry leading risk management service to his community partners. A graduate from the State University of New York and Olivet Nazarene University in Business Administration, Fred also holds a Risk Management Certification from Cambridge University and the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) designation . He is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, First Marine Division, member of the American Legion and The Gideons. Along with a life devoted to educating and advocating about risk management, Fred is an active member of his local church, serving in many capacities through the years. Married to Sandy, they enjoy spending time with their two daughters, five grandchildren and family any chance they can.

Doug Galmines

Principal A native of Chicago’s south side, Doug Galmines provides a diverse and well-rounded base of knowledge from multiple industries to lead his partners in effectively managing the risks they face. Starting his professional career in culinary, transitioning to HVAC, then commercial building construction before eventually opening Sanctuary Risk Management, a division of GLS Insurance Group, in 2004, Doug offers a unique and valuable perspective to each client he serves. Doug is an active member in his home Church, and has long been involved in local non-profits and churches serving in whatever capacity he can find. His passion for church and non-profit has led to an opportunity to serve these organizations through risk management and helping them grow and mitigate the ever-changing landscape that they face. When he’s not volunteering with one of his partners, Doug and his wife, Shannyn, love spending time with their two daughters and one boy, hanging out with family and friends and coaching their kids’ sports teams.
