Fred Hardy

Principal Fred Hardy has spent his life devoted to building personal relationships and providing industry leading risk management service to his community partners. A graduate from the State University of New York and Olivet Nazarene University in Business Administration, Fred also holds a Risk Management Certification from Cambridge University and the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) designation . He is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, First Marine Division, member of the American Legion and The Gideons. Along with a life devoted to educating and advocating about risk management, Fred is an active member of his local church, serving in many capacities through the years. Married to Sandy, they enjoy spending time with their two daughters, five grandchildren and family any chance they can.

Doug Galmines

Principal A native of Chicago’s south side, Doug Galmines provides a diverse and well-rounded base of knowledge from multiple industries to lead his partners in effectively managing the risks they face. Starting his professional career in culinary, transitioning to HVAC, then commercial building construction before eventually opening Sanctuary Risk Management, a division of GLS Insurance Group, in 2004, Doug offers a unique and valuable perspective to each client he serves. Doug is an active member in his home Church, and has long been involved in local non-profits and churches serving in whatever capacity he can find. His passion for church and non-profit has led to an opportunity to serve these organizations through risk management and helping them grow and mitigate the ever-changing landscape that they face. When he’s not volunteering with one of his partners, Doug and his wife, Shannyn, love spending time with their two daughters and one boy, hanging out with family and friends and coaching their kids’ sports teams.

Barbara Bachleda

Customer Service Representative / Database Management Barbara has been in the insurance industry since 2000 and holds a license in property and casualty insurance along with a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation. Prior to joining Sanctuary Risk Management, she has worked in various commercial divisions for local insurance agencies, a leading national insurance carrier and in the banking profession as well. She is excited to use her skills working for an employer that shares the same mission, vision and values. Barbara also enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and music.

Shannyn Galmines

Commercial Account Specialist Shannyn was born and raised on the south side of Chicago. She graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with a bachelor's degree in both Business Management and Marketing. During her High School and College years she learned the insurance industry while working part time in her Dad's insurance agency over summers and various school breaks. Shannyn has excelled and honed her skills over the years with experience in servicing both the personal and commercial lines and since 2002 and has primarily handled the commercial billing and policy renewals for both Hardy Agency and Sanctuary Risk Management since then. She is married to her Husband Doug and they have three beautiful children. She enjoys attending her children's many activities, helping out at her local Church, and loves to travel.

Deb Hughes

Customer Service Representative Since 2018, Deb has been an integral part of Hardy Agencies, Inc. and Sanctuary Risk Management, Inc. by providing her administrative expertise and service to clients across Chicagoland. In her free time, Deb is an active member in her community through her work with many charitable organizations and enjoys reading and playing music in her leisure.

Carol Alliss

Customer Service Representative Carol and her husband Roger live in Frankfort, II. They have 4 children, 16 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Carol worked in a pharmacy and while raising a family, started with Hardy Agency decades ago now. She love's spending spare time with family & trying out new restaurants. She enjoys working with people and the employees and agents in our office. We treat our customers like they are family and that makes our office a very enjoyable place to work and also keeps our customers happy.

Londa Crigger

Website Content / Marketing Manager Londa was born and raised in northwest Iowa and graduated from college with a bachelor of arts degree in elementary education. Londa, her husband Cody, and their four children live in West Des Moines, Iowa. They enjoy spending time traveling to National Parks and Ball Parks and serving in their church, Soteria Des Moines.

Lindsey Miles

Social Media Manager / Influencer Originally from Springfield, Missouri, Lindsey excelled through college as a scholarship athlete and graduated with a Communications degree Magna Cum Laude from Drury University. After holding several leadership positions in marketing, sales and communications related fields, Lindsey has turned her talents to the world of Digital Media in recent years and provides excellent insights into the emerging and ever-changing world of social media and digital marketing for GLS. An avid fan of travel, photography, fashion and dogs, Lindsey spends her leisure time making the most of time with family and friends wherever she is!

Rita Charlton

Customer Service Representative / Database Management Rita has an Associate of Arts Degree and has worked various jobs while being a wife, mother and grandmother. Currently, Rita is the renewal processor for GLS Insurance Group. She and her husband, Randy, have three sons, three daughters through marriage, seven grandchildren, and one foster grandchild.

Randy Charlton

Database ManagementRandy spent 26 years in full time ministry as a pastor in Iowa and Minnesota. Shortly before leaving full time ministry, he put the 30 years of computer experience he had gained into working for GLS Insurance Group. Randy and his wife, Rita, have three sons, three daughters through marriage, and seven grandchildren.
